How can it be “final” while the ZIP file of the map itself is from 31st May ???
final typically means theyre not making another updated version. therefore he/she updated it on may 31st & that will be the last update for this map.
also, it doesnt have to be the map thats updated, very possible its a sell point, texture or even crops that were updated.
