Added the ability to control the cultivator height when it’s used of the vehicle. When you enter to the vehicle and the vehicle is used manually, you can change the height of the selected cultivator.
It was not added any changes to the autopilot.

I love the idea, but I have a few issues with this.
First of all, I can’t get any keybinds or buttons to stick. I can only use the default keystrokes to control the height.
Also, the app only raise or lover the tractor rear hydraulic. My cultivator has a rear hydraulic lift that needs to follow the tractor hydraulic. Is there a way to make this happen?
