Warehouse v1.0 Mod
This is a 16 bay warehouse I built from scratch. 5 inside bays and 11 outside. Custom loading docks and doors. Custom man doors and hardware. Custom lights (exterior lights come on automatically at 7pm game time, interior lights are turned on by the light switch next to each man door). Custom racks for pallets. Custom HVAC setup. Custom 3d logo (can easily be removed and replaced with your own logo). Fully masked for seasons (will not snow inside, and the snow will fall all around the building just as it would in real life). Goes perfect with the Transportation Pack by Iconik and myself.

Okay so I am going to say that warehouses like this is awesome, especially when i am a truck driver and love it when i can integrate this into farming simulator. My main complaint however in case anyone wants to make more of these is very simple. The building is not tall enough. Many of the forklifts can go really high up. Many buildings would be two, three, or four times taller for a warehouse. This building is just not tall enough to be classified as a warehouse. This is a crossdock facility. Incoming loads would typically be unloaded and immediately or very shortly be loaded onto a outbound trailer. And very rarely do they have anything to stack pallets. Now this to me look like a retail or mail crossdock facility. You have dock doors which would all be full except for a few dedicated unload doors. they also have van doors. Which is common for alcohol retail crossdocks, and amazon locations. and a few other retail crossdocks. it varies on customer demands.with van doors you would have all vehicles drive in in one or two doors with a place this big, and then line up behind the outbound doors. each will get loaded in a variety of ways. then they will be released. Its a fun mod and i am only inputing this because it takes some immersion away from me. But i wish there were more like this with some more thought in them. now it is not uncommon for places to be used incorrectly but it is inefficient when they do.
